Customer Service:

  4. Process relevant paperwork, including order fulfillment and stock management tasks.

Warehousing:

  1. Supervise the picking and preparation of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
  3. Perform daily warehouse duties, including goods in, dispatch, and stock locations.
  4. Assist in loading, delivering, and unloading goods at customer sites within the local area.
  5. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles used for deliveries.
  6. Check and record delivery paperwork to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar role within the fenestration and UPVC industry or a trade/retail environment.
  2. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance records.
  5. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Smart and professional appearance.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of performance.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
