About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the roofing supplies sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including large distributors and small roofing contractors
  • Provide technical solutions to customers and ensure they have the necessary knowledge and support to succeed
  • Work closely with Branch Managers to achieve sales goals and support their efforts to double turnover within the next 3-5 years
  • Travel extensively across the region to meet with customers and branches, providing support and guidance as needed
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the merchant sector, with a strong understanding of roofing products and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Confidence in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other sales tools to analyze data and drive sales growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
