We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the roofing supplies sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including large distributors and small roofing contractors
- Provide expert knowledge of roofing products and services to customers and internal stakeholders
- Utilize CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other tools to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Travel extensively across the region to meet with customers and branches, ensuring they receive the support they need
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales and business development, preferably in the roofing sector
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate complex information to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other sales tools
