Estate Agency Business Development Manager

About the Role:
As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. This will involve making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area
- Developing business contacts with local constituencies
- Converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions
- Utilizing a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best Estate Agent in the area
- Ability to build local relationships and generate business
