About the Role:

As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. This will involve making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area
  • Developing business contacts with local constituencies
  • Converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions
  • Utilizing a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best Estate Agent in the area
  • Ability to build local relationships and generate business
