Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee our property portfolio and ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to manage financial aspects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews, and morning meetings.
  4. Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan.
  5. Work effectively managing a team to achieve financial targets and maximise branch profit.
  6. Display high standards of service and presentation, ensuring a positive experience for tenants.
  7. Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth, analysing trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Develop and implement strategies for property acquisition, leasing, and management, preparing and managing budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  9. Collaborate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  10. Prepare reports on property performance for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in real estate management or a related field is essential.
  2. Strong knowledge of financial services, including budgeting and forecasting.
  3. Basic maths skills are necessary for analysing financial reports and property valuations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Be a car owner with a full driving licence, with a company car provided for the right person.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Branch Manager: 2 years (required)
  2. Real Estate: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  1. Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  1. Commission pay
  2. Performance bonus

Schedule:

  1. Day shift
  2. Monday to Friday
  3. Weekend availability
