Estate Agency Business Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Partner. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area
- Developing business contacts with local constituencies to further referrals and the Estate Agency network
- Utilizing a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities
- Overseeing instructions to completion, utilizing the nearby hub office for sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff
Requirements:
- At least 4 years+ Estate Agency experience
- Ability to work from home and in an office environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best Estate Agent in the area
