Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our UK team. As a Business Development Advisor, you will play a key role in driving growth in the UK and Ireland markets by fostering new business opportunities and elevating the visibility of NQA's services.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve individual and team sales targets for certification and training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and consultants.
- Deliver exceptional customer service for all NQA products and services.
- Record sales leads and activities accurately in NQA's CRM tool.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and training teams to drive performance.
- Support the Sales Manager with UK exhibitions and events.
- Perform general administrative duties related to the role.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Minimum education to GCSE level or equivalent.
