Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support and Partnership Executive to join our team at Whitbread. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Business-2-Business accounts and developing relationships with key stakeholders across those organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all customer requirements of new and existing Business-2-Business accounts, developing relationships with key stakeholders across those organisations.
  • Support customers with Business Account queries, including new card queries, report access, card removal and addition, and invoice downloads.
  • Understand and explain the key selling points of our Business Products, including Business Booker and Business Account, and their front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Deal with difficult business customers, complaints, and queries from customers and the sales team.

  • Strong understanding of Business Products and their benefits.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
