About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Support Executive, where no two days will be the same. You will be working with high-worth customers, providing a bespoke service and handling a variety of tasks, including:

  • Supporting customers with their business requirements, including hotel bookings and issues with our Business Booker system.
  • Partnering with customers and Account Managers to meet their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Hosting webinars to communicate changes to the Business Booker system and keep customers up-to-date.

We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and resolving queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all customer requirements of new and existing business accounts, developing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support customers with business account queries, including new card queries, report access, and system usage.
  • Understand the key selling points of our business products, including Business Booker and Business Account, and be able to communicate these to customers.
  • Work with customers to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and resolve queries in a timely manner.
What We Need
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business customers and understand their needs.
  • Experience using business tools, including Business Booker, Business Account MI portal, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to influence customer decisions and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong understanding of business products and services, including Business Booker and Business Account.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, Account Managers, and other stakeholders.
