Business Development Manager

FRS Ltd is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our business expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and fostering client relationships, resulting in new opportunities and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, focusing on new client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Conduct market research, networking, and targeted outreach to identify potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our creative and accounts teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with client expectations and FRS capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to seize opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Represent FRS at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, preferably in the recruitment or marketing sector.
  • Strong understanding of advertising services, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
  • Adept at crafting impactful presentations and proposals that resonate with potential clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and tools to manage leads and opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for surpassing targets and driving growth.
