About You:

We seek a driven and commercially savvy qualified nurse to foster the growth and development of our Cera Branch as an integral part of our family. Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace a Carer-first philosophy in all activities, consistently seeking ways to enhance care delivery in our communities.
  • Supervise the development of personalized, person-centered support packages aimed at achieving identified outcomes for service users, their caregivers, and purchasing authorities.
  • Actively engage in the review and modification of service packages in partnership with branch staff and central teams.
  • Regularly assess service goals and quality objectives, ensuring that our Registered Managers implement actions for areas identified for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records to monitor support for service users and meet regulatory standards, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • While prioritizing our people and service users, oversee the implementation and adherence to Cera policies and procedures, taking necessary actions when deviations occur.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and Cera requirements across all reportable areas within service provision.
  • Uphold operational standards as agreed with the Regional Director and Quality & Compliance team, adhering to financial budgets and other established parameters.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to monitor weekly expenditures and maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Foster and sustain effective working relationships, particularly with Business Development teams and Local Authorities, to secure new contracts and support packages.
  • Commit to participating in the Skills for Care Managers Network to enhance our industry profile.
  • Plan and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to stay informed about views, developments, opportunities, and expectations.

What We're Looking For:

  • NMC PIN Nurse Registered to support complex care packages.
  • Proven experience in a regulated care environment is essential.
  • RQF Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
  • A leader who is comfortable managing a team and overseeing budgets.
  • Experience in leading a team within a multi-disciplinary setting.
  • Prior managerial experience in a domiciliary care environment.
  • Experience working with service users who have additional support or complex needs.
  • A passionate leader dedicated to delivering exceptional care standards.
