About You:

We seek a driven and commercially savvy qualified nurse to foster the growth and development of our Cera Branch, which serves as an extension of our family. Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace a Carer-first philosophy in all actions, consistently seeking to enhance the administration and delivery of care within our communities.
  • Oversee the development of personalized, person-centered support packages aimed at achieving identified outcomes for service users, their caregivers, and purchasing authorities.
  • Actively participate in the review and adjustment of service packages in collaboration with branch staff and central teams.
  • Regularly evaluate service goals and quality objectives, ensuring that our Registered Managers undertake necessary actions for identified areas needing improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records to monitor support for service users and meet regulatory standards, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • While prioritizing our people and service users, oversee the implementation and adherence to Cera policies and procedures, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and Cera requirements across all reportable areas of service provision.
  • Maintain Cera operations at the standards agreed upon with the Regional Director and Quality & Compliance team, adhering to financial budgets and other parameters.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to monitor weekly expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
  • Develop and sustain effective working relationships, particularly with Business Development teams and Local Authorities, to secure new contracts and support packages.
  • Commit to joining and actively participating in the Skills for Care Managers Network to enhance our industry profile.
  • Plan and conduct regular meetings with all stakeholders to stay informed about views, developments, opportunities, and expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • NMC PIN Nurse Registered to support complex care packages.
  • Previous experience in a regulated care environment is essential.
  • RQF Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 is required.
  • A leader who is comfortable managing a team and overseeing budgets.
  • Experience in leading a team within a multi-disciplinary setting.
  • Prior management experience in a domiciliary care environment.
  • Experience working with service users who have additional support or complex needs.
  • A leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
