Care at Home Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Care Manager to support our Wirral Care Services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Wirral team to drive growth and ensure the smooth operation of our services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Allocate Community Care Workers to Service Users, ensuring the right person is matched with the right service at the right time.
  • Manage and supervise Care Coordinators within the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and councils to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with Care Workers, Service Users, and family members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and appraisals to maintain high standards.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in Complex Care, preferably in a Deputy Manager role.
  • Willingness to participate in care calls and support weekend cover when needed.
  • Full UK driving license.
