Registered Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to fulfill the CQC and CIW Registered Manager role to ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act within the service. The role involves supporting the team to maintain high-quality care for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, reviews, and competency evaluations for clients
  • Ensure staff training and development programs are current and effective
  • Maintain strict adherence to company, CQC, and CIW standards and regulations
  • Provide operational guidance and support to the care team
Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Social Care
  • Minimum of 2 years of Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current CQC and CIW registration is essential
  • Valid full driving license
