Position Overview

Job Title: Healthcare Administrative Coordinator

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: £22,816 - £24,336 per annum

Role Summary

The successful candidate will manage their own responsibilities and, when necessary, support specific waiting specialties or the waiting lists of Consultants. They will be tasked with identifying and addressing issues that arise during their daily operations, particularly concerning the management of surgical schedules and waiting lists, and will report these to the Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Patient Services Department.
  • Managing and maintaining the Trust's Surgical Waiting Lists and Theatre Schedules.
  • Assisting the Team Leader in the daily management of departmental activities.
  • Prioritizing workload to ensure timely completion of tasks, especially when planning for absences.
