Job Title: Complaint Co-ordinator
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum
Hours per week: 35 hours per week - flexible schedule available.
Location: Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving abilities to fill the role of Complaint Co-ordinator. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for efficiently managing customer complaints and ensuring they are addressed effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Documenting and tracking customer complaints.
- Conducting thorough investigations in collaboration with various departments.
- Communicating with customers to keep them informed and address their concerns with empathy.
- Analyzing complaint trends to recommend improvements for enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
On a daily basis, you will:
- Handle customer complaints via multiple channels, including phone and email.
- Coordinate in-depth investigations and maintain meticulous records of all interactions.
- Identify recurring issues and implement strategies to reduce future complaints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

- Experience in a customer service complaint handling role, ideally in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks, including record maintenance and report generation.
