Working Hours: Sunday 10:00-17:00, Monday 09:00-17:00, Wednesday 08:00-18:00, Thursday 12:45-18:00, Friday 09:00-17:00 (Total of 36 hours per week)

Training Period: Four weeks of comprehensive internal training

As part of the Customer Relations team, you will be an integral member of a supportive group dedicated to enhancing the customer experience. Your role will not only impact individual customer interactions but also contribute to the overall improvement of our business practices through insightful feedback.

You will have the autonomy to assist customers and ensure their issues are resolved effectively, utilizing both your initiative and the collaborative support of your teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

In your role as a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be tasked with thoroughly investigating customer complaints, coordinating with various departments as necessary to deliver timely resolutions.

You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, striving to resolve their issues, improve business processes, and transform complaints into positive experiences.

Your communication skills will be essential as you engage with customers both verbally and in writing, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for both the customer and the organization while maintaining a professional yet approachable tone.

Effective planning, organization, and prioritization of your workload will be crucial to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
