Administrative Coordinator - Personal Assistant - Dynamic Events Organization
This role is office-based, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM within a small, well-established family-run organization.
We are seeking candidates with over 5 years of robust administrative experience and some personal assistant background, showcasing exceptional organizational skills, initiative, and outstanding communication abilities.
The position offers a competitive salary of £30,000, along with holiday entitlements and various company benefits. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning, management, and administration of events, including handling bookings and liaising with clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize major events at prestigious venues.
  • Attend evening and weekend events as needed (occasionally).

General Administrative Duties:
  • Manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Process orders for publications, events, and merchandise.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to new publication releases.
  • Perform basic financial administrative functions.
  • Serve as part of the telephone reception team.
  • Maintain database records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
Support to General Manager with Personal Assistant Tasks:
  • Arrange accommodation and travel logistics.
  • Prepare itineraries for business trips.
