The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining employee satisfaction and organisational efficiency by handling day-to-day HR tasks and administrator duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and maintain personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Complete DBS and right to work checks, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Support staff recruitment processes, including application and shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Deliver new starter inductions, covering Health & Safety and HR documents.
  • Arrange travel accommodation and process expense forms, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Produce regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, showcasing analytical skills.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, contributing to project work.
Requirements:
  • Strong administration skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an HR Admin or Recruitment role, with a proven track record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • The ability to display empathy and sensitivity when interacting with employees.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or above, with a desire to continue professional development.

This is a full-time position, working 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will receive 20 days holiday + banks, providing a great work-life balance.
