**Permanent Position; 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri), over 52 weeks per year (part-time hours can be considered)**

**Salary: £22,594-£24,063 per annum**

Set in a stunning sustainable and eco-friendly 40-acre site close to the New Forest and Dorset coastline, the natural surroundings of our day and residential school and college provide a rich, enabling and therapeutic learning environment for students, aged 6-25, who have special educational needs.

We are seeking an Administrator to join our friendly and busy HR team. The main focus of this role is to arrange and administrate all stages of the resourcing and onboarding process, as directed by the HR Advisor, and in accordance with Safer Recruitment protocols and best practice.

**You’ll have**;
- Experience and knowledge of good HR practice and administration
- A methodical and detailed approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, positive, ‘can-do’ attitude

**Key priorities will be**;
- Working according to regulatory compliance and safer recruitment practice
- As part of the HR team, providing a supportive and professional service to the staff cohort
- HR system administration and data management
- General administrative support across the HR function
