About the Role

This role offers a unique blend of administrative support and human resources expertise, working closely with our Head of HR to ensure seamless employee onboarding, efficient payroll management, and accurate record-keeping.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to the HR team, ensuring timely completion of tasks, maintaining accurate records, and escalating concerns to relevant team members.
  • Provide welcoming onboarding experiences for new colleagues, issuing contracts, and processing paperwork efficiently.
  • Facilitate smooth payroll changes, communicate effectively with the Payroll Supervisor, and address any payroll-related queries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to review processes, implement improvements, and maintain a high level of compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing clear guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably with a HR qualification.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong initiative-taking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workloads.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PeopleHR, and a willingness to develop additional skills.
