Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Senior Management Team is a key role within Dawsongroup Finance. You will be responsible for managing the team's diaries, arranging travel and accommodation, and coordinating meetings and events.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage the team's diaries, arrange travel and accommodation, and coordinate meetings.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with HR processes, such as onboarding and record-keeping.
- Represent DGF on mental health and SHEQ initiatives.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as ordering stationery and processing mileage reports.
Estimated Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000, depending on experience.
