About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced project coordinator or senior administrator to join our Property Services Team in Ringwood. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful completion of property-related major works within Section 20 legislation, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and timeframes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects across a portfolio of retirement developments in the UK, adopting sound project management principles.
