Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Operations team as a Senior Training Developer. This role will support the design, development, deployment, and ongoing operation of our core technology, including automation, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of new initiatives, including testing, user training, communications, and final delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on initiatives to help identify the right projects that will deliver solutions and return on investment.
  • Engage with IT, Operations, client service teams, and external parties to deliver relevant technology initiatives.
  • Ensure that our technology and data governance framework is followed for all new initiatives.
  • Analysis and problem-solving will feature heavily, requiring innovative and responsive solutions.

Requirements

  • Project management skills, including knowledge of process mapping and modeling approaches.
  • Ability to engage with external stakeholders and front-line teams in solution-focused conversations.
  • Experience working with operations, IT, and front-line operations.
  • Project management of workflow and automation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in C#, HTML, JavaScript, and Python/Django.
  • Strong creative and analytical ability, coupled with sound judgment to balance multiple factors and solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency to a good standard with SQL, or experience with at least one major RDBMS (PGSQL/MS SQL/MySQL).
  • Practical experience and understanding of IP Networking, Internet protocols, including SMTP and similar infrastructure.
