Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with management and support annual training plans to ensure employee competency and development.
  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees to identify knowledge gaps and skill shortages.
  • Select and implement effective training methods and activities to address competency gaps.
  • Identify and recommend internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Track and report on training outcomes to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee training records on the training database to ensure compliance and transparency.
Requirements:
