Job Title: Talent Development Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Talent Development Coordinator to support training coordination and administrative tasks related to talent development programs. This role involves planning, executing, and providing assistance with University curriculum and other development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute logistics for training events and leadership offsites, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and tracking participation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Talent Development (TD) in Europe & New Markets, supporting local events and queries.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of the LIFT program Cohort 2, managing content, logistics, vendor relations, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support the Manager BoostCamp Pilot by coordinating facilitators and managing schedules, feedback, and logistics.
  • Schedule program presenters/facilitators and assist in preparatory meetings.
  • Provide support during virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Manage the department mailbox and ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
  • Handle vendor onboarding, contracts, and payments.
  • Track and report department metrics to evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience supporting Learning & Development (L&D).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms) and virtual platforms like Zoom and MS Teams.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience (beneficial)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact professionally with all management levels.
