Firebrand Training is seeking a Sales Executive to help our customers achieve their goals through our accelerated certification courses.
The successful candidate will have experience exceeding targets in selling commercial IT training, with a strong track record of success in a sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to leads quickly with high activity levels and conversion rates, following a structured sales process to understand customer pain points.
- Be a master of our CRM system, with experience in Salesforce being an advantage.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Coaches, the Head of UK Sales, and sales colleagues to ensure success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Several years' experience selling commercial IT training courses.
- Motivation to exceed targets and a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving approach, with a love of improving through coaching and development.
Take home a basic salary of £35k - £50k (dependent on experience), plus unlimited commission and a comprehensive benefits package, including a paid sabbatical and Bupa healthcare.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you'll work from our London office at least three days per week.
