We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Childcare Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team at the children's home in Castleford. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering essential care and support to the young individuals entrusted to us.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating daily activities, managing behavioral challenges, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children. You will collaborate closely with a team of seasoned professionals to promote the well-being and development of the young people in our care.

Ideal candidates will exhibit a sincere commitment to inspiring and empowering youth, possess strong communication abilities, and demonstrate professionalism in handling challenging situations. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
