Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Get Staff. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Fire & Security team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing specifications and word processing documents
- Handling engineer timesheets and liaising with engineers
- Booking and closing jobs, and communicating with customers
- Managing health and safety protocols and vehicle maintenance
- Diary management and handling phone calls and messages
- Leading on customer feedback and database management
- Social media management and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator in the Fire & Security industry
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
