Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Get Staff. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Fire & Security team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing specifications and word processing documents
- Handling engineer timesheets and liaising with engineers
- Booking and closing jobs, and communicating with customers
- Managing health and safety protocols and vehicle maintenance
- Diary management, answering calls and messages, and leading on customer feedback
- Database management and social media management
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator in the Fire & Security industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers
Working with Get Staff:
As an Administrative Assistant at Get Staff, you will be working with a dynamic team to provide administrative support to our Fire & Security clients. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our engineers to ensure smooth operations.
