Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Get Staff. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Fire and Security team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing specifications and word processing documents
  • Handling engineer timesheets and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Liaising with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Booking and closing jobs in a timely manner
  • Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Managing health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance
  • Coordinating vehicle management and maintenance
  • Managing diaries and schedules to ensure efficient use of time
  • Responding to customer inquiries and feedback
  • Assisting with database management and data entry

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator in the Fire and Security industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
