Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Profitable Growth: Raise work orders, ensure precise coding, review maintenance history, and validate & authorize additional work.
  • Cost Management: Oversee secondary warranty, warranty ID & management, challenge maintenance expenses, and negotiate with vendors & suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Rebilling Process: Accurately follow up on the rebill process, secure purchase orders, and apply customer markups.
  • Service Pricing: Ensure that service pricing aligns with agreed vendor pricing.
  • Parts Ordering: Order parts as necessary for external vendors.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide world-class customer service, manage reservations effectively, and minimize non-billing days.
  • Compliance Management: Schedule service events, update business applications, and manage documentation efficiently.
  • Leadership: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to productivity and process enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:
