Occupational Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our employees. This is a home-based position with travel requirements across various regions, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive occupational health and wellbeing services to all company branches, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct health assessments, including fitness for work evaluations, health surveillance, case management, absence management, and health promotion activities.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance service delivery and implement targeted campaigns based on data analysis to improve employee well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Stay abreast of current occupational health trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Possess a recognized Occupational Nursing Health Qualification.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clinical teams and all levels of the organization.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, initiative, and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex health concerns.
