Main Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at RWE AG.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a coordinated approach to Occupational Health and Wellbeing management across all RWE UK Companies, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing service delivery, including fitness for work medicals, health surveillance, case management, sickness absence management, and management referrals.
  • Supporting the delivery of targeted health and wellbeing campaigns based on data analysis to improve employee health and wellbeing.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders, HR, and business leads to enhance the service.
  • Auditing clinical practice and records to ensure compliance with OH&W procedures and best practice.
  • Supporting the delivery of wellbeing initiatives across the UK business.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An appropriate Occupational Nursing Health Qualification (Degree Level or Diploma with relevant experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a clinical team.
  • Self-motivation, sound judgement, consistency, team work, listening, influencing, challenging, coaching, development, performance management, and a great sense of humour.
  • Excellent verbal and literacy skills to provide clear advice and direction.
