We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Youth Support Specialist to become part of our team at the children's home in Castleford. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering vital care and assistance to the young individuals entrusted to us.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating daily activities, managing behaviors, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children. You will collaborate closely with a team of skilled professionals to promote the well-being and development of the young people in our care.

Ideal candidates will exhibit a sincere commitment to inspiring and empowering youth, possess strong communication abilities, and demonstrate the capacity to manage challenging situations with professionalism. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
