Culinary Sales Executive – Food Distribution

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales Oversight: Manage and supervise sales initiatives within the food distribution sector, ensuring objectives are met or surpassed.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, identifying their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Perform market analysis to uncover new sales prospects and remain ahead of industry developments.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to fulfill company goals.
  • Team Management: Guide, mentor, and inspire the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to upper management.
