Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Executive at Veolia, you will be responsible for:

  • Securing new business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive growth in the East Midlands region.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts within the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Assist in the development of the future sales strategy, identifying new markets and opportunities for growth.
  • Tender Management: Manage tender processes for potential new customers, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate, manage, and implement cost increases to customers, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal coordinators, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the waste industry.
  • Driving License: Full/clean driving license.
  • Desirable Qualifications: A-Level in Chemistry (or science-based subject).
