Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business and managing existing accounts in the East Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the East Midlands region.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist in the development of the company's future sales strategy, working closely with the sales team and other departments.
- Manage tender processes for potential new customers, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Communicate and implement cost increases to customers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal coordinators, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the waste industry.
- Full/clean driving license.
- A-Level in Chemistry (or science-based subject) is desirable.
