Job Summary
Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation® is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the soft drinks category.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and establish new business opportunities
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to deliver business plans and achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG field sales, with a strong track record of sales growth and market expansion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Full driving license and ability to travel regularly
