We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Brewers Fayre in Walsall. About the Role:

  • Lead the kitchen team: Supervise and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Menu development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create new menu items and improve existing ones.
  • Inventory management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Quality control: Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:
