About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Site Manager to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall running of our hospital sites, ensuring the safe and effective management of patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high standard of decision making and care with compassion for all patients, in accordance with agreed local and national standards and within organisational policies and protocols.
  • Assist and support the Clinical Business Manager for Patient Flow in the safe, effective management of our patients, including non-elective, elective and TCIs from home, other hospitals, clinics as necessary.
  • Communicate all relevant information to multi-disciplinary teams internally and with external organisations as required, ensuring safe and effective patient care/transfer.
  • Promote equality in care and practice by recognising, respecting and meeting the needs and choices of individuals.
Person Specification
  • Appropriate Professional Registration (NMC)
  • Degree in Nursing (or significant experience with supporting portfolio of evidence)
  • Evidence of continuous professional development or development in areas of speciality
