Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the hospital site team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reduce waiting times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective bed management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize hospital operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Appropriate professional registration (NMC) and degree in nursing or significant experience with a supporting portfolio of evidence.
- Substantial post-registration experience within an acute hospital trust, with a focus on patient flow and bed management.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality patient care.
