About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Site Manager to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall running of our hospital sites, ensuring the safe and effective management of patients, staff, and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the hospital site team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reduce waiting times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective bed management.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize hospital operations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Appropriate professional registration (NMC) and degree in nursing or significant experience with a supporting portfolio of evidence.
  • Substantial post-registration experience within an acute hospital trust, with a focus on patient flow and bed management.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality patient care.
