Clinical Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager (RMN) to join our team at The Healthcare Hub. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our service users, ensuring that high-quality evidence-based care is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work proactively with the Matron to drive forward standards of nursing practice across the home, ensuring that safeguards are implemented to minimize harm to self or others.
- Effectively lead the shift, allocating staff based on clinical need, and ensuring that the quality of care is maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement quality standards across the service, strengthening professional clinical leadership at team and service area level.
- Work with the Matron, Qualified Nurses, and Carers to monitor, challenge, and improve the quality of care across the service.
- Participate in care home on-call service as requested.
Requirements:
- NMC registered (RMN)
- 5 years of experience in a nursing home setting (preferred)
