We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counselling or Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Cumbria. This is a locum position offering flexibility with both full-time and part-time hours considered, as well as opportunities for part remote working.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with Learning Disabilities.
- Deliver therapeutic support and guidance tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to support care planning and treatment pathways.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with professional standards.
- Offer consultations and psychological input to staff and families as needed.
- BABCP accreditation is essential.
- Qualified Counselling or Clinical Psychologist with significant experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities.
- Strong assessment, therapeutic, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Must have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Highly competitive pay rate of £50 - £55 per hour (depending on experience).
