Job Title: Community Psychologist

Job Summary:

Priory Hospital Preston is seeking a skilled Community Psychologist to join our team. As a Community Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing specialist psychological interventions to meet the needs of complex and often challenging patients with a range of mental health presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect clinical work, including MDT decision making, staff training, and supervision.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to support patients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team, patients, and wider community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a recovery-focused residential treatment environment.

Requirements:

  • Registered Psychologist with a strong background in mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
