We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our Access and Urgent Care Services team in Central Lancashire.
Main Responsibilities- Contribute to short-term interventions, supervision, service development, and research as appropriate.
- Supervise and support a team of psychologists and other mental health professionals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve mental health outcomes for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Doctoral level training in clinical psychology or equivalent.
- Experience of teaching, training, and supervising.
- Skills in providing consultation to other professional and non-professional groups.
- Knowledge of legislation and its implications in relation to the client group and mental health.
