Join Our Team as a Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Appoint Healthcare, a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the continuous development of our Learning Disabilities and Autism services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialised clinical psychology input. This will involve conducting individual assessments, formulation, intervention, and consultation, as well as providing direct clinical work, assessment, supervision, and training for a friendly therapeutic team.

Requirements
  • BPS recognised psychology degree
  • UK HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Chartered Psychologist status
  • Approved supervisor within the guidelines of BPS and relevant division
  • Experience of applying psychological knowledge to a Learning Disabilities and Autism setting
  • Experience working with clients with cognitive deficits
