We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our Access and Urgent Care Services team in Central and West Lancashire.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to short-term interventions, supervision, service development, and research as appropriate.
  • Supervise and support a team of psychologists and other mental health professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve mental health outcomes for patients in Central and West Lancashire.
Requirements
  • Doctoral level training in clinical psychology or equivalent.
  • Experience of teaching, training, and supervising.
  • Skills in providing consultation to other professional and non-professional groups.
Person Specification
  • Doctoral level knowledge of research methodology, research design, and complex data analysis.
  • Knowledge of legislation and its implications in relation to the client group and mental health.
