About the Role
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Human Resources Partner to become a vital part of our team. This position is primarily based at our resort, where you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy.

Your main responsibility will be to facilitate all human resources activities within the resort, collaborating closely with leaders across various departments to devise a comprehensive people plan that addresses both immediate and long-term needs.

You will work in tandem with specialists from the broader HR team to ensure that all initiatives and actions are executed effectively.

This includes engaging with Recruitment, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Payroll & Reward to anticipate key requirements and provide robust support to the team.

Additionally, you will oversee resort-specific casework, which varies in complexity and subject matter, guiding and mentoring leaders through these challenges while serving as a trusted advisor.

As a role model within the organization, you will spearhead a variety of people initiatives that embody our core values and business goals, fostering a vibrant culture focused on continuous improvement and enhancing guest experiences.

As the subject matter expert, you will also play a crucial role in upskilling and training the team on essential HR topics.

Through effective business partnering, we believe we can enhance team engagement, which in turn drives exceptional business performance.

Given the nature of this role, regular presence at the resort is essential to ensure accessibility to the team.

About You
This position presents an excellent opportunity for an established HR Advisor seeking advancement or an experienced HR Partner in search of a new challenge.

Ideal candidates will have a background in navigating complex organizations with diverse functions and possess strong practical knowledge of employment legislation and the application of HR policies.

We value coaching and development, so experience in collaborating with teams at all levels through sometimes challenging circumstances is crucial.

An approachable and engaging demeanor is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment where adaptability is key.

Confidence in developing innovative working methods and experience in guiding teams through change initiatives will be highly regarded.

While a CIPD qualification is beneficial, we prioritize practical experience and a positive mindset.
