About the Role
We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Human Resources Partner to join our dynamic team. This position is primarily based at our resort, where you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of people operations.
Your key responsibility will be to collaborate with leaders across various departments to formulate a comprehensive people strategy that addresses both immediate and long-term needs.
In this capacity, you will liaise with specialists from the broader HR team to ensure that all initiatives are executed efficiently.
This includes working closely with teams in Recruitment, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Payroll & Rewards to anticipate and fulfill any essential requirements.
You will also oversee a variety of casework related to employee relations, providing guidance and support to leaders while serving as a trusted advisor.
As a role model within the organization, you will spearhead numerous people initiatives that embody our core values and business goals, fostering a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and enhancing guest experiences.
As the go-to expert, you will also be responsible for upskilling and training the team on essential HR topics.
Through effective business partnering, we believe we can enhance team engagement, which in turn will drive exceptional business outcomes.
Given the nature of this role, it is essential that you are present at the resort for the majority of your working hours to ensure accessibility to the team.
About YouThis position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced People Advisor seeking advancement or a seasoned HR Partner eager for a new challenge.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in navigating complex organizations and possess in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and the practical application of HR policies.
We value coaching and development, so experience in guiding teams through challenging circumstances is crucial.
You should demonstrate an approachable demeanor and be adept at functioning in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.
